UI and UX design
Research, information architecture, interaction and visual design, grounded in the same engineering reality the build will live inside.
What this covers
Design that ignores what the system can actually do produces a beautiful specification and a disappointing product. Ours is done by people who will be in the same room as the build, so what gets drawn is what gets shipped.
The order matters. We start with who is using this and what they are trying to finish, move on to how the information is organised, then how the interaction behaves, and only then how it looks. Reversing that reliably produces a good-looking interface nobody can navigate.
For a product that already exists, the same work runs the other way round: find where people are getting stuck, decide which of those is worth fixing first, and change it without redesigning everything around it.

- Information architecture and user flows
- Wireframes and clickable prototypes
- Visual design and a reusable component library
- Accessibility and colour contrast checked against WCAG
