Bitrix24 ERP and CRM
ERP and CRM self-hosted on your own servers, with source code access and room to build what you actually need.
What this covers
Bitrix24 runs either in the vendor cloud or on-premise on your own infrastructure. The on-premise licence includes access to the source code and the module development framework, which is what makes it a genuinely open platform rather than a closed product with an API.
It carries more than thirty tools across five modules: communications, tasks and projects, CRM, contact centre and website builder, plus chat, calendars, document storage and a knowledge base.
The reason to self-host is usually data governance. If your organisation cannot put customer data in someone else’s cloud, on-premise Bitrix24 also unlocks integrations the cloud edition cannot do: bidirectional ERP and accounting sync, legacy system connectors, and direct point-of-sale or fiscal device modules.
