What this covers

Email is still how most successful attacks arrive. SpamTitan is an email security gateway that inspects mail before it reaches your users, filtering spam, phishing and malware, and checking URLs in real time so a link that was clean at delivery is re-examined when someone actually clicks it.

SpamTitan runs as a cloud service or on your own premises, and that choice is genuinely yours. Cloud filtering means bad mail never touches your network at all, which is the stronger position. On-premise keeps mail flow entirely inside your infrastructure, which some regulated organisations require. We will implement either and say plainly which we would pick for your situation.

Implementation is more than switching it on. Quarantine policy, sender authentication with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, allow and block lists, and end-user release workflow all need deciding, because a filter tuned too tight generates help desk tickets and one tuned too loose defeats the point.
