What this covers

WatchGuard endpoint protection is managed from a cloud console, which is the practical requirement now that a meaningful share of any workforce is rarely on the office network. Policy, updates and alerts reach the device wherever it is, and a compromised laptop can be isolated without waiting for it to come back to the building.

The product line was restructured on 1 April 2026 and the old naming is obsolete. It is now tiered: Endpoint Security Basic, Prime, 360 and Elite, with WatchGuard EDR alongside them and EDR Core bundled into the Firebox Total Security Suite. Which tier fits depends on whether you need prevention only, or detection and response with the investigation capability that implies. We will not simply quote you the top tier.

WatchGuard also supplies the Firebox firewall line, so network and endpoint can be managed as one story rather than as two products from two vendors that meet only in an incident.
