Web and API monitoring
Websites, API endpoints, middleware and core platforms tested directly, not inferred from server health.
What this covers
Apogee injects transactions directly against web front ends, API endpoints, middleware and core platforms, which means the same tooling that watches a customer journey can also test each layer underneath it in isolation.
That is what turns an alert into a diagnosis. When the end-to-end journey fails but the API layer passes, the fault is above the API. When both fail, it is not. Locating the failure is usually the slowest part of an incident, and this removes most of it.
Endpoint checks run continuously from multiple locations, so a regional routing or DNS problem presents as a regional problem rather than as an intermittent one.
What’s included
- Web front end journey monitoring
- API endpoint availability and response monitoring
- Middleware and core platform transaction injection
- Layer by layer failure isolation
- Multi-location testing for regional faults
- Response time thresholds set per endpoint
